This agreement is between the Arizona Promotional Products Association (AzPPA) and

(supplier name)

It is agreed that, at the AzPPA dinner meeting assigned, the supplier will provide any one
(or combination) of the following items for random drawings to attending AzPPA distributors:

	1) $250.00 or two $125.00 worth of self promotion products, as defined by the Supplier's usual self-promo terms.
	2) $250.00 or two $125.00 worth of speculative samples, in accordace with Supplier's usual spec sample terms.
	3) $250.00 or two $125.00 worth of random (or blank) samples.

In exchange, AzPPA will provide the following free of charge:
1) One quarter page ad space in newsletter during feature month.
2) Dinner for one representative at meeting featured.
3) Listing in newsletter each month as a Featured Supplier.
4) Table space to show your product line(s).
5) Time for brief (5-10 min) presentation to group.
6) Mention as Featured Supplier sent out as reminder to members.
